With the release of three new models of IVIDA, the product line has become more and more perfect.

IVIDA’s new product M2 is a product released at the beginning of the year. The results of user experience tests show that: the uniqueness of this series of products lies in the richer and more unique fruity taste. The fragrance and sweetness of fruits are the main manifestation, bringing users a pure, smooth and rich feeling. We extracted some of the key aroma-inducing substances from the aroma of the fruit when it was activated for research and modulation, but when simulating the aroma of tobacco, how to achieve both the irritating and dense throat hit of nicotine while retaining the fruity flavor – fresh and sweet?

According to He Yiji, head of R&D and supply chain at IVIDA, the atomizing liquid of M2 uses natural organic acids extracted from benzoin and fruit, which makes the atomizing gas more full and soft. In order to maximize the availability of natural organic acids in benzoin, IVIDA uses dilute extraction technology to increase the purity of organic acids to more than 98% by recrystallization.

The original innovation of M2 comes from user insight.

“In order to find the taste that users are familiar with and reproduce it on the electronic atomization product, the research and development team has visited many cities for months, conducted quantitative research on more than 400 users, and conducted in-depth communication with 72 of them.” said He Yiji.

At the same time, based on user feedback, RELX also summarized more than 30 sensory evaluation dimensions for Yixiyun atomization bomb, which was used to quantify the taste of the product before the market.

On the basis of IVIDA’s consistent quality standards, IVIDA M2 is positioned to meet the needs of users who value “exquisite experience”. The M2 DIGITAL atomizer uses high-quality magic materials and magnifies digital symbols to meet the needs of interactive social interaction and display.

Quality system — 5 laboratories, 197 tests

Each batch of IVIDA products need to go through 22 rigorous testing processes. Any IVIDA product needs to go through 197 postgraduate examinations before it can meet consumers. In the innovation Lab, for example, engineers plan products at the forefront of user pain points and subject new products under development to quality testing. Before the official mass production, the product will be shipped to Heilongjiang or Lhasa, subjected to a number of environmental challenges such as real pressure and temperature changes, to test its stability in the plateau environment.

Once mass production is determined, the product will be honed more comprehensively in the quality laboratory manager.

The OG600 is undoubtedly the leader of this batch of new products, with a defect rate of less than 3 ‰, which is far better than the industry’s 1 ‰. Although it is a small puff model, it is comparable to the taste output of large smoke. All this is benefited from the polishing of the internal structure of the device by structural engineer – Hou Gong.

Double insurance: Enterprise standard + atomization scientific research

For electronic atomization users, in addition to product experience, atomization fluid safety is a more important issue.

We strive to meet the relevant EU national standards and the US PMTA ingredient limits. “Although the main components of electronic atomization are common glycerin, propylene glycol, nicotine and spices, the severity of its detection standards will directly determine the degree of product safety.” Liu Jie, head of IVIDA laboratory, said, “In order to put an end to indiscriminate addition and make consumers feel at ease with e-atomization, we have been setting higher standards and testing more indicators for ourselves in the past three years.”

At present, the detection of IVIDA Y series e-liquid covers 19 categories and 94 specific indicators. We carried out 77 atomizing liquid tests and 55 atomizing gas tests on Y series. Referring to the national food safety standards, IVIDA has reduced the content of heavy metal contaminants to the same limit standards as vegetables, coffee and other foods.
